All purchases are shipped via UPS or DHL International. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated for your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS Ground or DHL International). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. TruTru by Karen Sachs cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Items for delivery via ground shipping, can take up to approximately 5-7 business days.
Many pieces are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks to make.
TruTru IS NOT responsible for any missing packages, lost deliveries, etc.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS .

TruTru ships internationally. Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your orders. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country. There are no international returns.
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Pre-orders are charged at time of purchase.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
TruTru proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of the receipt for a full refund (not including shipping). Please send us an email at email@example.com with your name and order number, and if you are exchanging, the item you would like to exchange it for, and we will begin the process and look out for your package. Items returned without an email, will not be accepted and returned to sender. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return. Original or additional shipping costs paid by customer will not be refunded. The item must be returned in unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears any indication that it was used.
SHIPPING RETURNED MERCHANDISE
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes, and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. TruTru will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
